While I was in the middle of cooking dinner (the always fabulous Bangin’ Bharta), my roommate came home with a surprise. One of his clients is moving to Florida and unloading a lot of things he doesn’t want to move and can’t (or is not inclined to) sell. Among other things, we appear to have inherited the guy’s entire wet bar. It’s like winning the Alcoholic’s Lottery! Ironically, I don’t drink alcohol much anymore. Hey Alok! Thanks for visiting and commenting. I’m not Indian, just an Indiaphile. I have had friends from India since I was a baby, and actually was a South Asian Studies major for a while, studying Indian art history and philosophy (mostly Kashmir Shavism and Vedanta) as well as a year of Sanskrit. I’m glad you like the recipe and I do have more coming in time!
